‘A History of Ireland’ for the first time on DVD brings the viewer through the various stages of Irish histroy starting with ancient Ireland and Newgrange on through to the Celts, St. Patrick, The Vikings, The Normans, Penal Times, The Great Famine, The 1916 Rising and finally the formation of the Republic. This DVD was shot entirely on location in Ireland telling the story of the evolution of a nation against the backdrop of some of Ireland’s most breathtaking scenery.
