Glen Curtin is a singer who is equally at home with pop or country fast pop songs or soft romantic numbers. It is not every singer who can boast of that claim.

During 1981 ‘Tears On The Telephone’ appeared in Irelands Top 30 for a total of fifteen weeks. ‘You There On The Radio’, ‘Lay Down Beside Me,’ ‘Me And The Elephant’ and ‘Love Letters In The Sand’ all later entered the charts in Ireland.

In his heyday Glen was no stranger to television. His RTE television appearances include Country Star Time Non Stop Pop The Late Late Show Christmas At The Castle Caught In The Act Like Now Our Times Cabaret (with Sonny Knowles) The Anna McGoldrick Show Whos Baby Startime (with Roly Daniels).

He has also appeared a number of UK shows on ITV and BBC including Good Evening Ulster.

Aaron James is a songwriter of incredible integrity and heart. The recording of "The Man From Galilee" completes a devotional trilogy of Philip Green masses. This third mass was finished in 1975. The poignant tribute he wrote to Mary the mother of Jesus "O Virgin Glorious" was sung at Philips funeral by the same Frank Patterson heard on this recording.

One of the greatest and most important bands ever to come out of Ireland, Horslips pioneered a whole new style of music: Celtic Rock, a fusion of traditional music and powerful, electric rock ’n’ roll, packed with melodic hooks and virtuosity. Founded in 1970, Horslips released 12 genre-defining albums and toured relentlessly throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America over their original 10 year career. Back home, Eamon Carr, Barry Devlin, Johnny Fean, Jim Lockhart and Charles O’Connor took provincial Irish dancehalls by storm, creating a new rock music circuit and infusing the country’s disenfranchised youth with a new sense of cultural pride. In doing so, they paved the way for a new generation of bands, including The Undertones, The Radiators From Space and U2. ‘The longest tea break in rock ’n’ roll’ preceded Horslips’ surprise live reunion at the opening of the ‘History of Horslips’ exhibition in Derry in 2004. At the time, however, there was no indication of the full-on comeback that was to follow five years later. Since then they have been wowing fans, old and new, with triumphant arena, theatre and festival appearances, and epic performances with symphony orchestras. So here we are in 2013 — precisely 40 years on from the release of The Táin, arguably Horslips’ finest 42 minutes and 18 seconds — with Biography, a brand new 23-track compilation that focuses purely on the A and B sides of Horslips’ UK singles, and includes for the first time on an official CD the highly sought-after ‘Bridge From Heart To Heart’ (an outtake from the Aliens album sessions) and their rousing version of Johnny & The Hurricanes’ 1959 instrumental hit, ‘Red River Rock’, recorded live in Cleveland, Ohio. The Norman Teeling Trio are Norman Teeling Pat Henry and Philip Rennicks. Norman and Pat go back to the 60’s where they met and played together in blues clubs around Dublin. Both are jazz enthusiasts with a love of great musicians such as Wes Montgomery Barney Kessell and Louis Stewart. They are joined by Philip previously with 80’s band ‘The Fountainhead’ who supported Queen in Slane 1986.

Together they play classics from the American Songbook such as Gershwin’s “You Can’t Take That Away From Me” “Fascinating Rhythm” & “Summertime” Charlie Parker’s “Scrapple From The Apple” and Cole Porter’s “Night And Day”.
